The irradiation surveillance capsules placed in the nuclear power plant reactor shall be regularly selected for surveillance tests, so as to test and evaluate the irradiation embrittlement state of the surveillance capsules. The pressure-temperature operation limit curve of startup and shutdown shall be revised to prevent the brittle failure behavior of reactor pressure vessels during the operation of the nuclear power plant and ensure the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.
